The newsletter is published three times per year, in approximately February, July and October. It keeps members updated through:

- Notice of forthcoming events including application details of courses in advance of their announcement in physiotherapy ‘frontline’, and more
It also offers a forum for exchanges of views among members through reports from McKenzie Interest Groups and letters submitted for publication.
